API Files Bid Protest Over Afghanistan Shelters

Law360, New York (May 13, 2011, 6:49 PM EDT) -- All Points International Distributors Inc. asked a federal court on Friday to block the U.S. Army from executing a contract for shelter systems in Afghanistan worth $9.7 million, arguing the contract was improperly awarded on a sole-source basis.
