High Court Won't Hear Construction Cos.' Cartel Case

Law360, New York (May 16, 2011, 7:33 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday refused to review a decision ordering retrial for three of five contractors accused of bid-rigging and overcharging the U.S. government, and leaving the other two contractors responsible for a $90 million judgment.

The development comes on the heels of a district court federal judge on Thursday adding $6 million in attorneys' fees to the multimillion-dollar judgment.
