ITC Promotes Holbein To Secretary Spot

Law360, New York (May 17, 2011, 6:56 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Monday appointed James R. Holbein as secretary, where he will be responsible for maintaining the agency's official documents, scheduling hearings and meetings, and deciding on requests for confidentiality.

Holbein has been acting secretary since March and has served as the director of the docket services office since it was established in 2010. He replaces Marilyn R. Abbott, who retired on Jan. 31.
