Firm Fights Icahn's Sanctions Bid In Blockbuster Case

Law360, New York (May 17, 2011, 7:20 PM EDT) -- The McMillan Law Firm APC said Monday that it should not be sanctioned for bringing a Blockbuster Inc. bondholder's short-lived adversary suit accusing ex-Blockbuster board member Carl Icahn of making shady maneuvers to obtain senior debt in the bankrupt company.
