NJ Class Suit Targets Bayer Probiotics Products

Law360, New York (May 17, 2011, 8:01 PM EDT) -- A class action filed Monday in New Jersey federal court alleges Bayer HealthCare LLC is deceiving consumers by making false and unsupported claims about the purported health benefits of its digestive health supplements.
