Feds Slap Obstruction Charge On Massey Mine Official

Law360, New York (May 17, 2011, 9:41 PM EDT) -- Prosecutors added a third criminal charge against a Massey Energy Co. affiliate's security chief, unsealing a superseding indictment Tuesday alleging that the official twice lied to investigators and destroyed documents relating to the deadly Upper Big Branch mine explosion in West Virginia.
