DOD Steps Up Oversight Of Contractor Business Systems

Law360, New York (May 18, 2011, 7:52 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Defense can withhold payments to contractors with faulty business systems under an interim rule issued Wednesday that's effective immediately for new solicitations and revises earlier drafts of the measure to exclude small businesses, among other changes.
