Ex-Enron CFO Fastow Transferred To Halfway House

Law360, New York (May 18, 2011, 3:16 PM EDT) -- Former Enron Corp. Chief Financial Officer Andrew Fastow, considered by many to be an architect of the energy company's massive fraud, was transferred to a Houston halfway house Monday in preparation for his release.

Fastow, 49, is scheduled to be released from the residential reentry center on Dec. 17, according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons.
