'Face Book Of Sex' Allies To Stay Under Wraps For Now

Law360, New York (May 23, 2011, 3:25 PM EDT) -- Facebook Inc. lost a bid last week to speed up discovery in a California trademark infringement suit against operators of the "Face Book of Sex," hampering the social networking giant's ability to discover the identity of other alleged infringers.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Donna M. Ryu on May 17 denied without prejudice Facebook's motion for expedited discovery and a protective order, preferring instead to set her own streamlined discovery process.
