Ex-'Price Is Right' Model's Pregancy Bias Suit Slashed

Law360, New York (May 23, 2011, 6:40 PM EDT) -- CBS Corp. convinced a California state judge Friday to toss out pregnancy discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims leveled against CBS and others in a suit brought by a former model on the game show "The Price Is Right." 

Judge Charles Palmer issued a minute order sustaining a demurrer from CBS and fellow defendants Fremantle North America Inc. and The Price Is Right Productions Inc. without leave to amend as to plaintiff Shane Stirling's three causes of action under the Unruh Civil Rights Act.
