Law360, New York (May 23, 2011, 6:53 PM EDT) -- The U.S. government and Defense Technology Inc. each won partial judgments Friday in a lawsuit accusing the U.S. of improperly canceling a solicitation and awarding a $380 million contract for Afghan air force helicopters to a Russian government-owned company .
