8th Circ. Sends State Street Suit Back To State Court

Law360, New York (May 24, 2011, 12:14 PM EDT) -- The Eighth Circuit ruled Monday that Missouri was an interested party in a suit brought by two state pension plans accusing State Street Bank and Trust Co. of violating obligations under three custodian agreements, affirming a judge's remand to state court.
