Law360, New York (May 24, 2011, 8:24 PM EDT) -- ManTech Advanced Systems International Inc. on Monday urged an Ohio federal judge to reconsider a magistrate judge's refusal to stay discovery in a suit accusing it of lying to win a $16 million contract from the Defense Commissary Agency.
