Cargo Co. Board Member Dropped From Bid-Rigging Suit

Law360, New York (May 27, 2011, 1:23 PM EDT) -- The U.S. government and three relators agreed Thursday to drop claims against a Gosselin Worldwide Moving NV board member in a Virginia bid-rigging action accusing German and Belgian freight companies of defrauding the Pentagon.

The dismissal of Nicodemus Gosselin is the latest development in a case accusing Gosselin Worldwide Moving and a host of other freight companies of scheming to overcharge the U.S. Department of Defense for transportation contracts in 2001 and 2002.
