Ben & Jerry's, Breyers False Ad Actions Stay Alive

Law360, New York (May 27, 2011, 2:11 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge refused Thursday to throw out separate proposed class actions claiming Ben & Jerry's Homemade Inc. and another Unilever PLC unit falsely advertised Ben & Jerry's and Breyers chocolate ice cream as all-natural.
