Upper Deck Breached 4Kids Trading Card Deal, Judge Says

Law360, New York (May 31, 2011, 6:38 PM EDT) -- Bankrupt 4Kids Entertainment Inc. on Tuesday won a round in a contract dispute with The Upper Deck Co. LLC when a New York federal judge ruled that the trading card company breached a production contract for a series by failing to pay part of a $300,000 advance.
