Gentiva To Pay $12.5M Over Medicare Fraud Claims

Law360, New York (June 1, 2011, 1:40 PM EDT) -- Gentiva Health Services Inc., the largest home health care provider in the U.S., will pay $12.5 million to settle claims that it fraudulently billed Medicare for costs related to company sales efforts, authorities announced Wednesday.
