NJ Casino Cocktail Waitresses Bring New Bias Suit

Law360, San Diego (June 1, 2011, 5:48 PM EDT) -- Nine former Resorts Casino Hotel cocktail servers on Tuesday lodged a discrimination and breach of contract suit in New Jersey state court alleging they were fired because the casino did not think they were sexy or young enough to don 1920’s-themed flapper uniforms.
