Amid Trustee Feud, Northwest Files Amended Plan

Law360, New York (May 16, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Northwest Airlines Corp. on Tuesday filed an amended reorganization plan ahead of a confirmation hearing on Wednesday, even as the bankrupt carrier remains embroiled in a dispute with a U.S. Trustee over a $5 million deal the airline claims would end a hedge fund group’s opposition to the plan.
