Sentinel Trustee Balks At FTN Bid To Delay Bribery Trial

Law360, Wilmington (June 3, 2011, 2:15 PM EDT) -- Sentinel Management Group Inc.'s bankruptcy trustee on Thursday blasted a bid by FTN Financial Securities Corp. to postpone a bribery trial in Illinois federal court, saying FTN has had plenty of time to conduct discovery to mount its defense.
