Pizza Hut Drivers’ FLSA Action Stays Warm

Law360, Washington (June 3, 2011, 5:59 PM EDT) -- A Colorado federal judge on Friday refused to toss a putative class action brought by pizza delivery drivers who claim a major Pizza Hut franchise operator shorted them for driving expenses, knocking their pay below minimum wage.
