Judge Asked To Approve $4.5M JA Solar Settlement

Law360, New York (June 3, 2011, 10:09 PM EDT) -- The lead plaintiff in a securities class action against JA Solar Holdings Co. Ltd. urged a New York federal judge Friday to approve a $4.5 million settlement, calling it a win for investors whose shares took a dive when a bad investment came to light.
