Suit Marks Tenth Open FLSA Case v. Bank of America

Law360, New York (May 17, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Bank of America Corp. faces a putative collective action lawsuit from a former paralegal who accuses the company of failing to pay a premium rate for overtime hours as required by federal law.

The suit, filed in district court in Delaware on Tuesday on behalf of named plaintiff and Delaware resident William Wersinger, brings the number of open Fair Labor Standards Act cases against the company to at least ten.
