Delphi Wants To Give Documents To ERISA Plaintiffs

Law360, New York (May 17, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Delphi Corp. on Wednesday asked the bankruptcy court to allow the auto parts maker to provide certain documents to plaintiffs involved in an ERISA suit against Delphi’s employee pension benefit plans.

In a motion filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, Delphi asked the court to amend the automatic stay in its bankruptcy case so that the company could give certain documents to the lead plaintiffs in the ERISA case.
