Class Action Plaintiffs Scoff At Dana Proposal

Law360, New York (May 17, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The lead plaintiff in a securities fraud class action lawsuit against Dana Corp. has objected to the bankrupt auto part company's' proposal for handling dispute resolution.

In a filing Wednesday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, the Pension Trust Fund Group said that its claim should be excluded from the proposed procedure. If not excluded, it asked that the court deny the proposed process.
