German Co. Says Apple Unfairly Blocked Its Music App

Law360, New York (June 7, 2011, 8:24 PM EDT) -- Apple Inc.’s new iCloud storage service has already attracted legal action, as German music streaming company Simfy AG hit the technology giant Monday with an antitrust complaint alleging Apple unfairly delayed approval of its iPad app, possibly to bolster iCloud.
