FBI Agent Pleads Not Guilty To Lying About Source

Law360, New York (June 7, 2011, 4:48 PM EDT) -- An FBI agent pled not guilty Tuesday in New York to allegations he lied about the criminal past and aided the defense of a source in a mortgage fraud investigation with whom he had a sexual relationship.

Adrian Busby, 37, did not concede to charges he made false statements in connection with a woman he was romantically involved with and had recruited as a source in the fraud investigation, concealing her arrest for identity theft and his own efforts to help her defense.
