Forever 21 Picks IP Fight With WTForever.com

Law360, Los Angeles (June 8, 2011, 8:31 PM EDT) -- Celebrity and fashion site Jezebel.com on Monday posted a cease-and-desist letter Forever 21 Inc., a Los Angeles-based clothing retailer with more than 450 stores in the U.S. and around the world, sent to the blogger behind satirical website WTForever21.com, accusing her of trademark infringement, copyright infringement and unfair competition.
