Class Cert. Denied In Mini Run-Flat Tire Action

Law360, New York (June 9, 2011, 1:39 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge refused on Tuesday to certify a class of consumers who bought Minis with Goodyear run-flat tires, ruling that the breach of contract suit against BMW of North America LLC had not pinpointed a tire design defect.
