Female Cop Dispatchers Strike $7M Deal In Pay Bias Action

Law360, New York (June 10, 2011, 2:42 PM EDT) -- A class of female police communications personnel claiming Nassau County, N.Y., paid them less than men who did the same work for the county’s fire emergency system urged a federal judge Thursday to approve a $7 million settlement in the suit.
