Judge Keeps Stay On State Suit In Chinese Drywall Fight

Law360, New York (June 10, 2011, 3:38 PM EDT) -- A Louisiana federal judge refused Thursday to lift a stay on a homebuilder's state court suit against Interior/Exterior Building Supply LP while he mulls final approval of In/Ex and its insurers' $8 million settlement of multidistrict litigation over Chinese drywall.
