BofA Hit With Racial Bias Suit

Law360 (May 18, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Five African-American current and former employees have brought a proposed class action suit against Bank of America NA, saying the company is guilty of “second-generation” discrimination because it routinely gave African-American workers short shrift with respect to pay, advancement and resources.
