NJ Lawyer, Developer Cop To $1M Real Estate Scheme

Law360, New York (June 10, 2011, 7:13 PM EDT) -- Two New Jersey men accused of embezzling $1 million they raised for a purported real estate development have pled guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud, federal prosecutors announced Friday.

Real estate lawyer Erik Mueller pled guilty Friday and his co-conspirator, real estate developer David Moulakis, pled guilty Thursday, both to one conspiracy count, the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of New Jersey said in a statement.
