PenAir Contract With USPS Valid: Judge

Law360, New York (June 13, 2011, 7:03 PM EDT) -- A Washington federal judge on Friday found that the U.S. Postal Service properly awarded a contract to an Alaskan airline, Peninsula Airways Inc., to deliver mail in rural areas, after putting a halt to the airline's earlier contract in a previous case.
