Judge Refuses To Stay Mosaid-Micron Case

Law360, New York (May 18, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has refused to stay Mosaid Technologies Inc.'s patent case against rival Micron Technology Inc., rejecting Micron's request for the litigation to be suspended until an appeals court rules on a separate case between the two semiconductor designers over DRAM patents.

Judge David Folsom of the U.S. District Court for Eastern Texas on Thursday denied Micron’s request for a stay in the case.
