Judge Cuts More Claims From $1.2B Xe Fraud Suit

Law360, New York (June 13, 2011, 10:23 PM EDT) -- A Virginia federal judge on Monday trimmed some claims that Xe Services LLC overbilled the U.S. for services provided in Afghanistan and Iraq under a $1.2 billion contract from a fraud suit brought by an ex-Xe employee.
