Public Approves Of Visa, MasterCard Antitrust Deal: DOJ

Law360, New York (June 14, 2011, 6:35 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Justice said in New York on Tuesday that, following public comments, it will soon seek entry of a final judgment agreed to by Visa Inc. and MasterCard Inc. to resolve antitrust claims over the companies' merchant discount fees.
