Tech Support Worker Hits Schulte Roth With OT Action

Law360, New York (June 15, 2011, 4:14 PM EDT) -- A former tech support worker filed a putative class action against Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP in New York federal court on Monday, accusing the law firm of failing to dole out proper overtime compensation.

Former Schulte Roth employee Keith McKenzie's complaint alleges the firm willfully failed to pay its support technicians overtime in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
