Tenn. Nuke Plants Caused Cancer, Property Damage: Suit

Law360, New York (June 15, 2011, 7:38 PM EDT) -- A group of Tennessee residents launched a putative class action in federal court Monday, alleging that the release of hazardous substances from nuclear materials processing facilities operated by Nuclear Fuel Services Inc. caused them to contract cancer and suffer property damage.
