Contractors Slam SBA Small-Business Size Rule

Law360, New York (June 21, 2011, 6:32 PM EDT) -- In public comments submitted ahead of a deadline last week, contractors blasted the U.S. Small Business Administration's proposed revisions to small-business size standards, particularly its plan to expand small-business eligibility to architecture firms with annual revenue up to $19 million.

The SBA published the proposed rule in March, updating its small-business size standards for 36 industries that provide professional, scientific and technical services to the government.
