Standard Parking Settles Wage Actions For $4.2M

Law360, New York (June 20, 2011, 7:49 PM EDT) -- Standard Parking Corp. on Monday reached a revised settlement worth up to $4.2 million with a class of hourly workers in California after a 2010 settlement was nixed for unfairly compensating some class members at the expense of others.
