DevMarketing, SalesTraq Resolve Antitrust Fight

Law360, Washington (June 21, 2011, 6:37 PM EDT) -- A Nevada federal judge approved a settlement Monday in real estate news service DevMarketing Inc.’s antitrust suit accusing competitor SalesTraq America LLC of initiating unlawful infringement allegations to wrongfully suppress and eliminate competition.

U.S. District Judge Larry Hicks approved the settlement but terms of the deal were not disclosed.

In January 2010, DevMarketing filed a complaint alleging SalesTraq officer Larry E. Murphy substantially injured its business relations by falsely and maliciously accusing it of illegally copying archived floor plans from the SalesTraq website for use on...
