More Konica Workers Sue Over Unpaid Wages

Law360, New York (June 22, 2011, 4:05 PM EDT) -- Three Konica Minolta Business Solutions USA Inc. employees lodged a proposed collective action in New York on Friday, the latest suit to claim the office machine supplier skimped on wages for time spent training, traveling and working at home.

Named plaintiffs Derwin Allison, Michael Johnson and George Schiess filed suit on behalf of at least 500 current and former Konica employees who perform repair and maintenance services on the company's office machines. They claim the company failed to pay them for work they do before and...
