SCI, Hexcel Settle Suit Over Faulty Fiberglass Supply

Law360, New York (June 23, 2011, 8:30 PM EDT) -- Seemann Composites Inc. on Tuesday resolved its breach of contract suit in Mississippi accusing Hexcel Corp. of supplying it with defective fiberglass that SCI used to build a passive sonar array system for the U.S. Navy.

U.S. District Judge Halil Suleyman Ozerden dismissed SCI's suit with prejudice in an order Wednesday, following a confidential settlement that the parties reached at a conference held the previous day.
