Apple Injunction Bid ‘Probably’ Will Be Denied: Source

Law360, San Diego (June 22, 2011, 9:54 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge said Wednesday she would “probably” deny Apple Inc.’s bid for a preliminary order barring Inc. from using the term “Appstore” to describe an app service for Android phones, a source familiar with the matter said.
