Red Robin Hit With OT, Meal Break Class Action

Law360, New York (June 22, 2011, 7:45 PM EDT) -- A former server at Red Robin International Inc. filed a proposed class action in California federal court on Monday accusing the restaurant chain of denying employees overtime pay and meal breaks.

Named plaintiff Kevin McConnell worked at a Red Robin restaurant in Brentwood, Calif., from June 2009 until this month, during which time he claims he never had a break and was often deprived of appropriate compensation.
