Judge Tosses Oil Rig Flight Price-Fixing Action

Law360, San Diego (June 23, 2011, 7:33 PM EDT) -- A Delaware federal judge on Thursday threw out a putative class action accusing Bristow Group Inc. and other providers of offshore helicopter services in the Gulf of Mexico of fixing prices for flights to oil rigs.
