Judge Clears Harry & David Ch. 11 Plan For Creditor Vote

Law360, Wilmington (June 24, 2011, 5:33 PM EDT) -- A Delaware bankruptcy judge on Friday cleared gourmet gift basket maker Harry & David Holdings Inc. to begin soliciting votes on its reorganization plan, but a dispute over the extent of the company’s pension liabilities still hangs over the case.
