Law360, New York (June 24, 2011, 6:53 PM EDT) -- Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP has reached a tentative deal to end a putative class action in New York accusing the firm of making technology workers put in more than 50 hours a week without overtime pay, it said in a letter to the court Wednesday.
“The parties have now reached a settlement in principle,” Dewey attorney Lawrence R. Sandak of Proskauer Rose LLP told U.S. District Judge Alvin K. Hellerstein in the letter.
