Atty Can't Represent AWP Classes, 1st Circ. Rules

Law360, New York (June 24, 2011, 8:29 PM EDT) -- The First Circuit on Thursday dismissed a case brought by Donald Haviland of Haviland Hughes LLC, who appealed an order barring him from serving as class counsel in any federal litigation challenging average wholesale price drug schemes.
